What sets us apart!

We are an Australian family-owned business located north Toowoomba, Queensland.
We manufacture & customise Australian-engineered and crafted straight-load and angle-model horse floats. You can choose from our standard model range or personalise your float to suit your needs. We build our floats from start to finish, using Australian steel and Australian weight-rated hardwood timber for our floors.

We also offer a repair and servicing service.

We have over 15 years of experience manufacturing livestock equipment and have subcontracted for other local companies, including Leichts Country Industries, Roma Wire and Steel—CSG mines, and Lite Haul Horse Trailers.

Most importantly, our floats have been Australian-engineered and have
certification to meet the building code of the Australian standards.

We take pride in our work and offer a 5-year structural warranty on the welded frame, plus a 12-month warranty on component parts.

Our floats are built to last, with the extra structure for added strength. However, they are still light for ease of towing. And they are great value, as we include so many extras and safety features as standard.

“So your horse is kept safe at all times.”

Setting the standard

We use Australian RHS Steel, made to Australian standards. Our floats are built with a stronger RHS Steel floor structure, and we utilise Australian Hardwood weight-rated timber on the float floor for added strength. The side panels are folded for maximum strength. All our floats are carefully checked over to ensure there are no sharp edges, the Chassis is painted with tar first, and silicone sealed, the hardwood floor is placed down, and sealed again before the non-slip rubber is stapled down, and sealed again, making the floor watertight.

We incorporate an interior light, spare wheel, and divider pins, which are round with
no sharp
edges. We include many tie-down points, both inside and out, and lockable flat safety handles for the PA door. Padded sides are standard in all our floats, and padding is available for dividers. Our spring-loaded tailgate is user-friendly.
